Delete your account & data

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:

1. Open the Euphoria – AI Romance Stories app and make sure you are logged in.
2. Tap the settings gear icon.
3. Scroll down and tap "Delete account".
4. Confirm the deletion.

Your account and its associated data are then deleted. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by email. To protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests, the email must be sent from the same email address your account is registered with:

1. Write an email to info@euphoriastories.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to your Euphoria account.
3. We may reply to confirm your request before deleting anything. Once confirmed, we will delete your account and send you a final confirmation, normally within 30 days.

Requests sent from an email address that does not match an account cannot be processed, as we have no way to verify ownership of the account.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete:

• Your account data (email address, username, and password credentials)
• Your story progress and play states
• Your in-app preferences and settings linked to your account

What data may be retained

• Records we are legally required to keep (for example purchase records for tax and accounting purposes) are retained for the statutory retention periods and then deleted.
• Anonymized crash reports and usage statistics that are not linked to your identity may be retained.
